experimental Amiga builds

Two additional Amiga releases have been added to address reported issues with the original. The first one, gzfamigafix.zip uses a different OS routine to set the color palette, as the old palette routine may run slower than expected on AGA systems.

The second build, gzfamigafix2.zip, also contains experimental support for CD32 gamepads.
